    Structural Concrete- Repair and Protection
    Intercrete 4808 (formerly Unimatch)
    A single component, water-based (VOC free), cosmetic grade, polymer modified cementitious mortar suitable for the repair of damaged, honeycombed or spalled concrete. Intercrete 4808 is highly waterproof and exhibits good build characteristics which can be used in vertical, overhead and other difficult areas of repair without the need for primers or supports. Colour and texture matching is easily achieved by mixing Grey and White grades at different ratios using trial mixes. Coloured aggregates and concrete pigments can also be blended in.

    Ceilcote 242HB Flakeline
    Ceilcote 242HB Flakelineis a glass flake filled vinyl ester high build lining for use on steel and concrete substrates.Ceilcote 242HB Flakelinehas excellent resistance to organic and inorganic acid solutions and many aliphatic solvents. The coating system can achieve a dry film thickness of up to 1350 microns (54 mils) in a single coat. The intent is to eliminate one application step where similar coating systems require two separate applications. Ceilcote 242HB Flakeline can be applied on concrete and metal surfaces with proper surface preparation. Uses Ceilcote #2 Hardener.

    Ceilcote 6650 Ceilcrete is a trowel-applied novolac vinyl ester system designed specifically for the protection of steel and concrete against corrosive chemicals. The system includes a synthetic or fibreglass reinforcing layer.Ceilcote 6650 Ceilcrete exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of solvents, chlorinated aromatics and aliphatics. Uses Ceilcote #2 Hardener.

    A pre-bagged, single component, water-based (VOC-free), fibre reinforced cementitious mortar which cures rapidly to produce a high performance, waterproof, fair-faced render. It is supplied as a single component system ready for on-site mixing and use, requiring only the addition of clean water. Thixotropic, single component, polymer modified, waterproof one-coat cementitious render.

    Interchar 1260
    Interchar 1260 is a class leading single component, zero VOC thin film waterborne intumescent coating designed for onsite application. It provides up to 90 minutes fire resistance to interior structural steelwork whilst maintaining desirable aesthetics. Its quick drying formulation allows for fast project completion with 60 minute fire protection provided via single coat application

    Ceilcote 662 MR Flakeline System
    Ceilcote 662 MR Flakeline is a reinforced chemcial resistant system. The system features a glass flake filled epoxy novolac with excellent resistance to a wide range of acids and alkali solutions.     Interkote 1460
    Formulated with bauxite, Interkote 1460 provides cost-effective resistance for up to four hours hydrocarbon pool fire in accordance with UL 1709. Interkote 1460 is ideally suited for onshore facilities where onsite application of cement-based PFP is preferred.
