Structural Concrete- Repair and Protection
Intercrete 4879 (formerly Cemprotec MCI 2020)
A clear, water-based, organic surface treatment for existing concrete structures. Based on time proven, corrosion inhibiting technology, it has been specially formulated to migrate into concrete, by liquid and vapour diffusion, to form a protective monomolecular layer on steel reinforcement, which helps to reduce corrosion.
The penetrative action of Intercrete 4879 ensures that it does not inhibit the free passage of water vapour and it has a minimal effect on surface appearance. It is most effective when used in conjunction with the Flexcrete Concrete Repair and Protection System in protecting steel in aggressive environments subject to high levels of chlorides, such as marine and highway structures. With corrosion inhibiting technology which was developed over 20 years ago, it has a proven track record of protecting and enhancing the durability of structures worldwide.

Ceilcote 680M
Ceilcote 680M Primer/Saturant is a low viscosity, 85% volume solids epoxy compound based on a unique adduct curing technology. This provides tolerance of surface moisture at temperatures down to 2ºC (32ºF) and the ability to cure in the presence of moisture. The addition of Ceilcote C#1 Powder provides conductivity where required.

Ceilcote 242AR MR Flakeline is a reinforced chemical resistant system. The system features an abrasion resistant vinyl ester topcoat for long-term chemical and abrasion resistance. Fibre glass mat reinforcement to increase physical properties and where necessary bridge dynamic cracks in concrete.

Excellent flow and levelling properties enhance pit filling characteristics, making it the ideal lining for refurbishing tanks. Interline 984 is also available in a conductive version, Interline 984C, which is compliant with DIBt regulations.

Ceilcote 686C Primer
CEILCOTE 686C primer is a conductive epoxy primer for application on concrete surfaces. When used, it overcomes the variable resistance of the concrete substrate and provides a conductive film under CEILCOTE epoxy systems so that the system can be tested for holidays (pinholes) with a high voltage detector.
