    Intercrete 4804 (formerly Marine Mortar S)
    A two component, water-based (VOC-free), fibre reinforced, polymer modified, cementitious mortar with excellent adhesion for use in areas subject to early immersion. Intercrete 4804 cures rapidly to produce a high strength mortar with enhanced polymeric properties for the repair of voids in aggressive marine environments. Suitable for thicknesses up to 50mm.

    Ceilcote 610 Ceilpatch
    Ceilcote 610 Ceilpatch is a chemical-resistant epoxy patching/filling compound that is used to fill defects in concrete or steel surfaces prior to the application of Ceilcote lining, coating or flooring systems. It provides excellent adhesion to concrete or steel, minimal shrinkage and superior chemical resistance.

    Intergard 436
    A two component clear epoxy sealer.Can be applied to slightly damp concrete. Cures quickly, long pot life. Excellent resistance to most alkalis, solvents, mild acids and water. Good toughness and resilience. Excellent binding properties to weathered fibrous cement sheeting.

    Intertherm 50
    A single component, high temperature coating based on a moisture-curing silicone binder, Intertherm 50 is ideal for the protection of steel from corrosion at temperatures up to 540°C (1004°F). The moisture-curing crosslinking technology of Intertherm 50 allows multiple coats to be applied without heat curing.

    Intergard 475HS
    Intergard 475HS is a low VOC, high solids, high build epoxy used to improve barrier protection for a range of anticorrosive coating systems in a wide range of aggressive environments. Intergard 475HS can be pigmented with MIO to provide improved overcoating properties, better facilitating application in the fabrication shop.

    Interline 955
    A two component, heavy duty vinyl ester coating reinforced with glass flake to increase chemical and abrasion resistance.A chemically resistant, vinyl ester coating which can be applied using standard airless spray equipment at material temperatures up to 35°C (95°F).

    Intergard 2511
    A two component, low VOC, high solids, epoxy primer containing zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigmentation.This primer's versatile application properties provide robust film thickness control as supplied, without the need to thin.

    Ceilcote 140 Flakeline
    Ceilcote 140 Flakeline is a heavy duty, glass flake reinforced, chemically resistant vinyl ester lining for protection of steel against aggressive chemicals in immersion service. Uses Ceilcote #2 Hardener.

    A highly crosslinked, two component, high build epoxy phenolic coating, Intertherm 228HS combines properties of corrosion and chemical resistance when used in high temperature service. Based upon novolac resin technology, Intertherm 228HS can be used in a wide range of highly corrosive environments operating at temperatures up to 230°C (446°F).

    A two component, high solids, low VOC epoxy micaceous iron oxide coating formulated on proprietary polymer technology which provides rapid cure and overcoating even under low temperature conditions.
    Structural Concrete- Repair and Protection
    Intercrete 4874 (formerly Cemprotec 2000-BJT)
    A high performance butyl tape which is designed to join two pieces of Intercrete 4872 waterproof composite tape together. Embedded into our Intercrete range of cementitious coatings, it forms an elastomeric joint between two lengths of tape to accommodate movement.
