RELEST Wind ProcessCoat is a Solvent-free translucent 2K polyurethane for use as an in-mold gelcoat with low film thicknesses. Utilizing the new generation of UV absorbers allows for temporary outdoor storage of uncoated rotor blades, without the risk of UV light damaging the substrate. The product's great sandability facilitates the further treatment of demoulded rotor blades and forms an excellent, pore-free basis for subsequent coatings.

RELEST Wind Gelcoat ca. RAL 7038, RA is a solvent free 2k viscoplastic, polyaspartic coating with excellent abrasion resistance. Suitable as part of a coating system for UV- and weather- resistance. Film thicknesses of approximately 200μm can be achieved in one step with optimal flow properties. RELEST Wind Gelcoat ca. RAL 7038, RA is characterised by its great adhesion to epoxy laminate.

Preconstruction Primer
Interplate 937
A two pack, heat resistant zinc silicate shop (pre-construction) primer providing good corrosion protection (even after heating up to 800°C (1472°F)), with minimum production of zinc salts. Suitable for high speed welding and cutting with excellent resistance to damage caused by welding, gas cutting and fairing thereby reducing secondary surface preparation requirements in comparison to typical zinc silicate products.

RELEST Wind Gelcoat Transparent is a viscoplastic, solvent-free polyaspartic coating with high tear propagation strength for use as an in-mould gelcoat. Suitable for making transparent, bubble-free and fast drying intermediate coats. RELEST Wind Gelcoat Transparent offers a pore-free surface after demoulding with very good UV stability allowing it to be topcoated without any additional working steps.
